About the product
Banner Engineering SM2A30PRLNC W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM30 series, designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode "A" modulation frequency, suitable for washdown applications. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is housed in a thermoplastic material and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The sensor is protected to a degree of IP67 NEMA 6P IP69K, ensuring its durability in various environmental conditions. It features a M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, a single digital output (Solid-state AC output), and is capable of sensing distances up to 150m. The sensor utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s. It operates in a Dark-ON mode and is equipped with an M30 thread size.
