About the product
Banner Engineering SM30PRLEQD is a photo-electric sensor within the SM30 series, designed as a through-beam system or opposed mode with an emitter and receiver pair. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin 7/8" mini connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P. Its shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for signaling. The sensing distance reaches up to 150m, utilizing infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The response time of the sensor is 10ms / 0.01 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
