About the product
Banner Engineering SMA31EQDP is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the SM2A312 series, featuring a through-beam system with opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. This sensor, functioning as an emitter alone, is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector. The SMA31EQDP operates on a supply voltage of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and is mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13. The sensor has a rectangular shape, a sensing distance of 3m, and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm.
