About the product

Anybus by HMS Networks AB7900-F is a gateway belonging to the X-gateway series designed for protocol translation. It features an EtherCAT slave interface and supports installation in vertical or flat positions with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model is equipped with 10 LED indicators for monitoring fieldbus, sub-network, and device status. It operates on a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability while maintaining a lightweight design. Connection options include 4 x RJ45 connectors for 100Mbit/s Ethernet/EtherCAT in full duplex, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for configuration. It offers an IP20 and NEMA 1 degree of protection and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The AB7900-F operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65 °C during operation and -40 to +85 °C for storage, with a humidity tolerance of 5-95% RH non-condensing.
