Anybus by HMS Networks AB7979-F is a gateway belonging to the X-gateway series designed to function as a protocol translator gateway. It supports installation in both vertical and flat positions and features galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. This device integrates a Modbus TCP server and PROFINET-IRT Fiber Optic device, equipped with 8 IP configuration switches and 10 LED indicators for monitoring fieldbus, sub-network, and device status. It operates on a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. The dimensions are H127mm x W44mm x D114mm, constructed from aluminium and plastic housing. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C and operates at speeds of 100Mbit/s for PROFINET and 10/100Mbit/s for Modbus. Humidity tolerance is specified as 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
