About the product
Banner Engineering S22AMTFGRCQ is a pick-to-light sensor designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This sensor features a capacitive touch-sensitive interface for pick-to-light applications, with a 22mm diameter button for easy integration. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector, and is housed in a gray copolyester casing. The S22AMTFGRCQ operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with IP66, IP67, and IP69K ratings. The sensor's shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch activation and one digital input (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for JOB color control, with a current consumption of 80mA. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that is ON when the job input is active, and touch activation triggers the output and sensing light (Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output.
