About the product
Banner Engineering S22AMTSGREQP is a pick-to-light device featuring LED illumination and capacitive touch-sensitive technology. It is constructed with a polycarbonate (PC) diffused window and a PC base, designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. The housing is black, and it operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc-24Vdc. It offers a digital output for both touch (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) and mispick (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) signals, alongside a digital input for JOB color control (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN). The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that activates with job input and a mispick light (Red) for inactive job inputs, with a normally open (NO) touch output. The device is designed to withstand ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP66, IP67, and IP69K. Its current consumption is 80mA, and it features a flat window and threaded cylindrical barrel shape for its 22mm diameter button.
