About the product
Banner Engineering SAB-998AB1DXL13-Q5E is a polarized measuring light curtain array sensor from the QS18 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode. This sensor features an anodized aluminum housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It offers a protective height of 30" / 910mm and operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). The sensor can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +55°C and has an IP50 degree of protection. Its rectangular shape measures 36 mm in width, 998 mm in height, and 38 mm in depth. The SAB-998AB1DXL13-Q5E features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), a sensing distance of 30" / 762mm, operates in Light-ON mode, and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 940 nm. The housing is black.
