It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is suitable for various industrial environments. The SLSE14-300Q5 has a net width of 36mm and a depth of 46mm, featuring 14mm beam spacing/pitch for finger detection. It includes 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and 1 x digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for remote test input. The sensing distance ranges from 10cm to 6m, with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s. The light emitted is infrared (IR) with a wavelength of 850 nm, ensuring precise detection within the specified resolution of 14mm.
