About the product
Banner Engineering SM30SRLQDB is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an "opposed mode B" modulation frequency and is washdown rated. This sensor, part of the SM30 series, features a stainless steel housing and is equipped with a 4-pin 7/8" mini connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The SM30SRLQDB can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape is designed for easy installation. This model provides one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), has a sensing distance of up to 150 meters, and uses infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The response time is 10ms (0.01 s), and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
