Banner Engineering SM312DBZQD is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series, designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SM312DBZQD offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its rectangular shape incorporates 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a sensing distance of 300mm. The sensor emits infrared (IR) light and has a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s, with operating modes that include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
