Schneider Electric ATV61HD75Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for three-phase networks with a supply voltage range of 425-759Vac, including nominal voltages of 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. It features a built-in EMC filter of class C3, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced chemical resistance, conforming to a reinforced version. The device offers a degree of protection of IP20 and UL type 1, with dimensions of H630mm x W320mm x D290mm. It supports a variety of control methods, including U/F ratio adjustment (2 points / 5 points / energy saving), sensorless flux vector control, and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. The rated current is specified at 85A for 500Vac at 2.5kHz, 77A for 575Vac at 2.5kHz, 84A for 690Vac at 2.5kHz, and it can handle up to 102A max. current for 60 seconds. For connectivity, it includes Modbus and CANopen communication protocols, with 5 digital inputs, 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input, another digital input for PWR safety, 1 digital output as C/O SPDT relay contact, another digital output as NO relay contact, and two analog inputs. The output frequency range is 0.1-500 Hz, and it also features 1 analog output. The device is designed for wall mounting and operates with a current consumption of 79A at 500Vac, 67A at 600Vac, and 82A at 690Vac, with rated active power of 75kW at 690Vac and 55kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 75HP.
