Schneider Electric LC1D40A3B7 is a magnetic contactor from the Deca sub-range, featuring EverLink(TM) terminal design for secure connections. It is equipped with spring connections for control and screw connections for power, and it operates with 3 poles (3P; 3NO). The contactor is rated for currents of 60A under AC-1 conditions and 40A at 440Vac under AC-3 conditions. It is designed for DIN rail mounting and has a net width of 55 mm. The LC1D40A3B7 offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 and operates with a control voltage range of 19.2-26.4Vac at 50Hz and 20.4-26.4Vac at 60Hz. Its rated operating voltage (Ue) reaches up to 690 V, and it includes 1 normally open (NO) and 1 normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact, both of the instantaneous type (1NO+1NC). The rated impulse voltage (Uimp) is 6 kV. This contactor can handle rated active power ranging from 11kW at 220-230Vac to 30kW at 660-690Vac under AC-3 conditions. It supports various horsepower ratings for different voltages and phases under UL/CSA standards, including 3HP at 115Vac and up to 30HP at 575-600Vac. The LC1D40A3B7 is built to withstand 6,000,000 mechanical operations at no load and 1,500,000 electrical operations with load. The rated voltage for phase-to-phase connections is 690 V.
