Turck PS600R-302-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching applications. It is part of the PS300 series and features a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It offers a degree of protection of IP69K and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +600bar (0 to +8700psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The operating modes are programmable to be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), and it features two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). The sensor provides protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and offers time delay settings for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
