Turck PS600R-304-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable relative pressure sensor functionality. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connectivity. Part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +600bar (0 to +8700psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. The sensor also features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc), which can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output, and has a control circuit rated current of 200mA with a current consumption of 50mA. The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. It also offers time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
