This sensor falls under the EZ-ARRAY series and functions as a measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor, operating as the receiver alone. It features a 1200mm array length and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm with a resolution of 5mm. The sensing distance ranges from 40cm to 4m, and it includes 240 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch. For outputs, it is equipped with 2 x analog outputs (4-20mA) and 2 x digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC). The EA5R1200PIXMODQ operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity and supports a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.).
