About the product
Banner Engineering Q20NDVSQ is a photo-electric sensor designed with a diffuse (small spot) system and potentiometer adjustment. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 °C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is part of the Q20 series and offers a sensing distance of 250mm, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm. It features a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for connectivity. The Q20NDVSQ operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) with a response time of 0.8ms / 0.0008 s. It is designed in a rectangular shape and provides a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, allowing for operation in various environmental conditions. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
