Banner Engineering Q20PR W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as the receiver component. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is housed in a thermoplastic material, ensuring durability. This sensor is part of the Q20 series and offers a sensing distance of up to 12 meters with a visible red light of 624 nm wavelength. It features a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable with bare end flying leads for connection, supporting a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The Q20PR W/30 is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor) and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Its response times are quick, with 1ms for ON and 0.6ms for OFF. The device is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress.
