Banner Engineering SMU315F is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor within the SMU315 universal voltage series. It features a potentiometer adjustment design and is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and glass fiber. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It supports a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) for AC and 24Vdc-240Vdc (48Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc nom.) for DC. The SMU315F offers an M18 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13. The sensor has a rectangular shape and includes 1 x digital output (SPDT relay contact).
