Schneider Electric ATV61HC25N4 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series, designed to offer variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy-saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model includes a DC choke, an EMC filter of class C2 or C3, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac, supporting 380Vac, 400Vac, 480Vac, and 500Vac nominal values, and has dimensions of H1190mm x W595mm x D377mm. The ATV61HC25N4 is designed with conformal coating for improved chemical resistance, an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection, and supports a rated current of 481A at 380Vac and 2.5kHz, with a maximum current of 577.2A for 60 seconds. Wall mounting is the prescribed installation method. Communication is facilitated via Modbus and CANopen protocols, and it is compatible with a 3-phase network, offering an output frequency range of 0.1-500 Hz. The drive includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input, and 2 digital outputs. It also features 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control and monitoring. The current consumption is rated at 444A for 380Vac and 435A for 480Vac, with a rated active power of 250kW or 400HP.
