Schneider Electric ATV61HD22Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for three-phase networks with a supply voltage range of 425-759Vac, including nominal voltages of 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. It features variable speed/frequency drive capabilities with U/F ratio adjustments (2 points / 5 points / energy saving), sensorless flux vector control (standard / energy saving), and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. The design includes a built-in EMC filter (class C3), a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced chemical resistance, conforming to a reinforced version. It offers an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection and has dimensions of H420mm x W240mm x D236mm. The rated current is specified as 29A at 500Vac and 4kHz, 27A at 575Vac and 4kHz, 27A at 690Vac and 4kHz, with a maximum current of 34.8A for 60 seconds. For mounting, it supports wall mounting and communicates via Modbus and CANopen protocols. The output network frequency ranges from 0.1-599 Hz. It includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety, along with 2 digital outputs. Analog inputs include 1 for -10...+10Vdc and another for 0-10Vdc / 0-20mA. The current consumption is 29A at 500Vac, 24A at 600Vac, and 27A at 690Vac, with rated active power of 22kW at 690Vac and 18.5kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 25HP.
