About the product
Banner Engineering Q20NDXL W/30 is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. Part of the Q20 series, it boasts a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing, providing a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6 against dust and water ingress. The Q20NDXL W/30 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and offers a sensing distance of up to 1.5m. It utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. This sensor includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) and features a rapid response time of 0.8ms / 0.0008 s.
