About the product
Banner Engineering Q20PDLQ7 is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for easy installation. Part of the Q20 series, it boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing, offering a robust design. With a sensing distance of up to 800mm and utilizing visible red light at a wavelength of 624 nm, it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The Q20PDLQ7 features a single digital output (PNP transistor) and responds rapidly with a response time of 0.8ms / 0.0008 s.
