Schneider Electric ATV630D11M3 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar Process 630 series designed for variable and constant load torque applications, including optimized torque mode for PM (permanent magnet) motors and sensorless estimated flow rate. It features STO (Safe Torque Off up to SIL3), accurate measurement, installation energy drift detection, and embedded Ethernet for direct access to system configuration and monitoring. This model integrates actual pump curves to optimize system operating points and limits overvoltage at motor terminals. It offers continuous and historical real-time measurements with customizable dashboards, alongside predictive and preventive maintenance tracking functions. The design is ATEX compliant, with a supply voltage of 170-264Vac, dimensions of H546mm x W211mm x D232mm, and an IP21 UL type 1 degree of protection. It has a rated current of 46.8A for normal-duty and 32.7A for heavy-duty operations at 4kHz, with a maximum current of 51.5A for normal-duty and 49.1A for heavy-duty operations for 60 seconds.
