Schneider Electric ATV61HD37N4 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series, designed to offer variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model includes a DC choke, an EMC filter of class C2 or C3, and a built-in heatsink. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac, with nominal voltages of 380Vac, 400Vac, 480Vac, and 500Vac. The ATV61HD37N4 has dimensions of H550mm x W240mm x D266mm and offers an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection. It supports a rated current of 79A at 380Vac and 65A at 460Vac with a 12kHz frequency, and can handle a maximum current of 94.8A for 60 seconds. Wall mounting is the prescribed mounting mode. Communication is facilitated through Modbus and CANopen protocols, and it is designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The drive includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) that are programmable, plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety. It also features 1 digital output with C/O SPDT relay contact and another with NO relay contact, alongside 2 analog inputs for versatile connectivity. The current consumption is rated at 84A for 380Vac and 69A for 480Vac, with a rated active power of 37kW or 50HP.
