Schneider Electric LTMR08PBD, part of the LTMR (TeSys T) sub-range, is a motor management controller that offers various control modes including local via terminal block, local via HMI terminal, and remote via network. It supports operating modes such as overload, independent, reverser, 2-step, 2-speed, and "Custom" mode. The device features comprehensive fault management capabilities with manual, automatic, and remote reset options, alongside protection fault counters, protection alarm counters, diagnostic fault counters, motor control function counters, fault history, and detailed fault diagnostics for internal watchdog faults, controller internal temperature, temperature sensor connection, current connection, voltage connection, motor control commands, control configuration checksum, and loss of communication. Motor statistics provided include the number of motor control commands (O.1/O.2 starts), operating time, number of starts/hour, last start I max, duration of last start, with thermal overload statistics detailing time to trip and time to restart. System operating statistics cover run, on, start, alarm, and fault statuses. The connection type is 3 measurement current transformers (control circuit) with screw-clamp terminals, and it uses the Profibus communication protocol. It is a 3 Pole device with protection functions for thermal overload, motor temperature, phase imbalance, phase failure, phase reversal, long starting time, locked rotor, minimum and maximum current load limit variation, earth fault, and frequent starting. Rated current ranges from 0.4-8 A (maximum with CT) up to 800 A, with protection settings adjustable for various conditions. Supply voltage is 24 V DC, with a rated voltage (AC) phase-to-phase of 690 V at 50-60Hz.
