Schneider Electric LTMR100EFM, part of the LTMR (TeSys T) sub-range, is designed for comprehensive motor management and protection. It supports various control modes including local operation via terminal block or HMI terminal, and remote operation through a network. The operating modes it accommodates are Overload, Independent, Reverser, 2-step, 2-speed, and a customizable "Custom" mode. Fault management capabilities include manual, automatic, and remote reset options, alongside extensive fault statistics like protection fault counters, protection alarm counters, diagnostic fault counters, motor control function counters, fault history, and more. It features fault diagnostics for internal watchdog faults, controller internal temperature, temperature sensor connection, current and voltage connection, motor control commands, control configuration checksum, and loss of communication. Motor statistics provided include the number of motor control commands, operating time, number of starts per hour, last start I max, and duration of last start. Thermal overload statistics and system operating statistics offer insights into the time to trip, time to restart, and run/on/start/alarm/fault statuses. The connection type is through 3 measurement current transformers with a screw-clamp control circuit, and it uses an Ethernet TCP/IP Modbus TCP communication protocol. This 3 Pole device offers protection functions against thermal overload, motor temperature, phase imbalance, phase failure, phase reversal, long starting time, locked rotor, minimum and maximum current load limit variations, earth fault, and frequent starting. Rated current ranges from 5-100 A with protection settings adjustable for various conditions. Supply voltage is AC 100-240 V, with a rated voltage (AC) phase-to-phase of 690 V at 50-60Hz. Measurement functions cover a wide range of parameters including current/phase, earth current, average current, current imbalance between phases, thermal capacity level, and motor temperature rise.
