Schneider Electric LTMR100MBD, part of the LTMR (TeSys T) sub-range, is designed for motor management with a variety of control modes including local via terminal block, local via HMI terminal, and remote via network. It supports operating modes such as overload, independent, reverser, 2-step, 2-speed, and custom mode. The part offers comprehensive fault management capabilities with manual, automatic, and remote reset options, alongside protection fault counters, protection alarm counters, diagnostic fault counters, motor control function counters, and fault history. It features fault diagnostics for internal watchdog faults, controller internal temperature, temperature sensor connection, current connection, voltage connection, motor control commands, control configuration checksum, and loss of communication. Motor statistics provided include the number of motor control commands, operating time, number of starts per hour, last start I max, and duration of last start. Thermal overload statistics cover time to trip and time to restart, while system operating statistics include run, on, start, alarm, and fault indicators. The connection type is 3 measurement current transformers with screw-clamp terminals, and it uses the Modbus communication protocol. It is a 3 Pole device with protection functions for thermal overload, motor temperature, phase imbalance, phase failure, phase reversal, long starting time, locked rotor, minimum and maximum current load limit variation, earth fault, and frequent starting. Rated current ranges from 5-100 A with protection settings adjustable for various conditions. The supply voltage is 24 V DC, and the rated voltage for AC phase-to-phase is up to 690 V at 50-60Hz. Measurement functions include current/phase, earth current, average current, current imbalance between phases, thermal capacity level, and motor temperature rise, accommodating a wide range of monitoring and protection needs for motor management.
