About the product
Banner Engineering K50BCLBA120Q, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with LED illumination in a black housing. It features a dome window shape with both the window and base made from polycarbonate (PC), ensuring durability. This part is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity and operates within a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. It offers versatile mounting options, including surface or base pole with an M30 thread, and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50BCLBA120Q is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and is protected to IP67 and IP69K standards. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (Yellow) that activates when the job input is active, with touch activating the output and sensing light (Green) until the job input is removed. A touch with an inactive job input activates a mispick light (Red) for 5 seconds and a Normally Open (NO) touch output. The device has a current consumption of 75mA and includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, along with 2 x digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
